Summary
Join us on the ground floor as our first Solutions Engineer! A mixture of sales engineering, solution consulting, and customer success, you will be the glue that turns our customers’ dreams into reality. You’ll be an integral part of our success in delighting customers - from the initial discovery to implementation and through ongoing customer success. You’ll play a critical role in taking our company from 0 to 1 and beyond, and you’ll be rewarded with meaningful equity.
You Will
- Help win over prospects during the pre-sale stage by: running discovery sessions and product briefings; creating custom demos and proof of concepts; estimating project scope; and being the technical expert on customer interactions
- Turn customers into advocates during the post-sale stage by: leading the customer implementation in design, build, test, and deployment; servicing current accounts; and supporting expansion of accounts
- Partner with sales and marketing to iterate on go-to-market strategy
- Partner with product, engineering, and support to solve customer challenges and drive the product roadmap.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and take delight in solving complex technical problems.

- Collaborative attitude and a strong ability to build relationships with teammates, customers, and partners
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in person, via phone, or via email
- Technical, analytical, or engineering background that makes you comfortable developing/prototyping solutions in a low-code platform, writing SQL, and reading code (ie. Python)
- Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role interacting with executive stakeholders, leading presentations, collecting requirements, driving customer technical implementations, and training users.
- Flexibility to travel to meet customers, attend events or conferences or wherever the work takes you.
- Knowledge of supply chain applications (WMS, ERPs, etc.) and manufacturing/industrial clients a plus
