Job Description


Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a 5+ month contract assignment in midtown Manhattan. This role is hybrid.


This role will be responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of the administrative functions in support of the Energy Infrastructure Credit business. Participates in ongoing production processing and performs basic operational tasks under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage scheduling for EIC team
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of senior EIC team members
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to EIC team
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for EIC team (domestic and international)
  • Completing assigned tasks within agreed upon timeframes.
  • Participating on project teams that are developing or implementing new products or services.
  • Performing quality assurance checks of peer deliverables.
  • Developing or upgrading product documentation and service manuals.
Educational Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors preferred. High School required
Work Experience
  •  2+ Years Preferred, but not required.
  • Administrative experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Concur preferred
  • Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating travel both domestically and internationally.
Pay Rate- $34.76 - $36.76/hour
