Sr. HCM Analyst (Remote)
Job Description
Reporting to the HCM Manager, the Sr. HCM Analyst will work with a cross-functional global team located throughout U.S, Asia, and Europe to support the global WorkDay HCM platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, technical resource who is a self-learner and can work independently but is a good communicator and knows when to escalate issues.
This is a full time, remote, direct hire position, but the new hire must be within one hour of the Eastern Time Zone.
Role Tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional global team located throughout U.S, Asia, and Europe to support global WorkDay HCM platform, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Leverage WorkDay HCM to implement process/service improvements as needed based on collective input from global HR team and other internal stakeholders.
- Support successful rollout and closure of global company-wide events within WorkDay HCM, such as salary planning, bonus payouts, equity awards, and U.S. benefits open enrollment.
- Perform and implement HCM configurations, as needed.
- Work closely with IT and U.S. Payroll to manage numerous integration files and troubleshoot/resolve issues when needed.
- Manage SOX audits related to HCM
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum three to five years of experience optimizing and implementing business processes on WorkDay HCM platform.
- Ability to think “big picture” and understand workflow impact on all global business processes
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Excellent communication, relationship building and team working skills
- Must be a global thinker when analyzing, recommending and rolling out improvements/new programs
