Job Description:
The Surgical Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for generating new business nationally. They will need to hunt for and nurture new leads and land new product evaluations at healthcare facilities. The process includes conducting virtual demonstrations and presentations of products to decision makers, surgeons, nurses, etc. building strong relationships along the way. Candidate will work with administration (purchasing, materials management, supply chain) and clinical staff (surgeons, nurses, technologists). Upon conversion, the Surgical Sales Representative will also be responsible for optimal account management. The Surgical Sales Representative will work closely with management and other sales team members, communicating updates and collaborating to meet EOY goals.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Â
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a medical device sales or technical sales role specifically for Surgical or Operating Room productsÂ
- Selling new products/ technologies, prospecting, converting new accounts, territory creation and development.
Qualities:
- Sales hunter with ability to develop, close, and maintain relationship with account
- Highly-motivated and results driven/focused
- Able to generate leads and close new accounts
- Self-starter/independent, goal-oriented
- Good communicator (both written and verbal)
- Ability to educate clinical staff with high levels of engagement
- Interested to grow into a leadership role with the growth of the company

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary + Bonus
- Medical, Vision, and DentalÂ
Base Salary- $50,000-$70,000 depending upon experience.
