Team Member Fund Assistant
Job Description
Summary
This is a Customer Service facing role with working hours between 8am-5pm local CST time. This candidate will handle answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with Team Member Assistance Fund Requests for Team Members who are experiencing financial hardships for a multitude of different reasons, such as:
- Natural Disaster such as wildfire, hurricane, flood, tornado, or earthquake.
- Serious Illness or Injury of the Team Member, spouse, domestic partner and/or eligible dependent(s)*.
- Death of the Team Member, spouse, domestic partner, and/or eligible dependent(s)*.
- Catastrophic or Extreme Circumstances such as fire, home damage, robbery, arson, assault, or domestic abuse.
- Housing Instability of a Team Member and eligible dependent(s) who is facing eviction or foreclosure, or experiencing homelessness.

Pay Rate- $20.00- $20.69/hour
