Location: Frisco, TX (on-site, 5 days per week)
Duration: 12+ month contract (potential for extension or conversion)
Job Type: Contingent/Contract
Pay Rate: $30.25- $32.35/hour
About the Role
Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Trust Administrative Specialist to join their team in Frisco, TX.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and client support to the death settlement team by handling trust paperwork, preparing documents, answering basic client inquiries, and assisting with daily operational tasks. Your contributions will help advisors and trust administrators focus on delivering exceptional client service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of financial account types.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route basic client phone calls (questions about forms, signatures, mailings).
- Prepare, organize, and process documents for mailing and emailing.
- Enter information accurately into internal systems and SharePoint.
- Generate FedEx shipping labels and manage outgoing documents.
- Support the team by reducing administrative workload (printing, mailing, filing).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance when handling account-related paperwork.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and leadership.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven customer service experience (phone or client-facing).
- Strong administrative skills (paperwork, data entry, document preparation).
- Basic financial acumen, including:
- Understanding the difference between account types (IRA vs. taxable/joint).
- Familiarity with routing and account numbers.
- Experience in financial services, trust, or death settlement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
