Trust Specialist
Job Description
The Trust Specialist works on a centralized team and is accountable for providing superior customer service to Trust clients and key partners/Advisors in Wealth with specialized concierge for daily email requests and inbound client calls; processing trust account onboarding, money movement, account maintenance and servicing, and recordkeeping within defined SLA's. Service is provided by phone without in-person client contact or direct client alignment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages the set-up, implementation, and administration of trusts and estates.
- Monitors transactions, cash flows, and account activity.
- Counsels’ clients and beneficiaries on financial matters related to beneficiary settlement and inheriting assets.
- Reviews portfolios to ensure that they are in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Creates and distributes reports for clients regarding banking market conditions, trust products sales results, and earnings.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredÂ
- Financial Services - Trust Administration, Brokerage operations, Retirement ServicesÂ
- Knowledge of the retirement plan rollover processÂ
- Salesforce experience strongly preferredÂ
- MS Office - OutlookÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Excellent customer support and careÂ
Pay Rate- $33.29 - $35.29 per hourÂ
