- Act as a visual storyteller, advocating for design excellence and creating meaningful, emotional connections between users and products.
- Apply systems-level thinking to ensure design solutions scale across products and platforms.
- Foster a customer-obsessed design culture by sharing best practices, evangelizing design principles, and influencing product strategy.
- Drive elegant design solutions from early concepts through implementation and iteration, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.
- Plan and execute research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis, to uncover user behaviors and pain points.
- Use customer insights and data to inform design solutions and confidently present them to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that align with strategic goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with developers, product, and stakeholders to align designs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including style guides, interaction flows, and research reports.
- Support graphic design needs by creating marketing materials such as presentations, social media visuals, or other assets that align with the brand and amplify the product’s reach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and complex workflows.
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and information architecture.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to maintain and evolve reusable components.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design solutions.
- Ability to use data and customer insights to influence design decisions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting while also managing independent projects.
- Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Constant drive to stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
