https://jobs.corpsteam.com/jb/Business-Analyst-Jobs-in-Charlotte-North-Carolina/14161436

Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 month contract assignment located in any of the following cities: Frisco, TX, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL.

Summary
The Sales Enablement group collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to build frameworks, processes, and metrics that solve key problems and drive business growth. By understanding clients across all distribution channels using CRM, business intelligence, and other tools, we evaluate and enhance the firm's distribution efforts.

The Contract Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between the Sales Enablement team and the business, translating complex operational challenges into well-defined, actionable requirements that drive technology solutions across Salesforce and related platforms. This role exists to scale the team's requirements development capacity, ensuring the most strategic initiatives are driven forward with the rigor, stakeholder alignment, and documentation quality needed to accelerate delivery.

What You Can Expect in This Role
You will be embedded in a fast-moving Sales Enablement team responsible for maximizing the impact of Salesforce and related sales technology for a global sales organization. You will own discovery and requirements development for high-priority workstreams, engaging directly with senior sales stakeholders and technology partners to move initiatives from ambiguous business problem to sprint-ready specification. You will reduce the requirements bottleneck that currently limits how fast the team can execute, and you will produce work that reflects both analytical rigor and clear, compelling communication.

Responsibilities
Discovery and Requirements Development

Lead structured discovery conversations with senior business stakeholders to deeply understand operational challenges, current state processes, and desired future state outcomes. Translate those conversations into detailed, well-organized functional requirements documents that technology teams can execute against with minimal back and forth. Own the full requirements lifecycle from initial stakeholder engagement through technology handoff and validation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment

Build trusted relationships quickly with business partners, sales leaders, and cross-functional team members. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, drive requirements through a structured review and approval process, and ensure that sign-off is documented and clear before work enters the development queue.

Backlog Development and Prioritization

Continuously build, refine, and maintain a deep and prioritized backlog of well-defined requirements across assigned workstreams. Ensure the technology team always has a clean, sprint-ready queue to pull from and that planning cycles are never delayed by incomplete or underdeveloped specifications.

Problem Solving and Solution Framing

Approach business problems analytically and creatively. When stakeholders bring a functional challenge, respond with structured options, tradeoffs, and a clear recommendation rather than defaulting to the simplest available solution. Bring a point of view to the table that elevates the quality and ambition of what gets built.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product owners and technology delivery teams to ensure requirements are technically informed and platform-aware. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery reviews as needed to maintain continuity between requirements and execution.

Requirements

Must Haves

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Five to seven years of experience in a business analyst, product owner, or sales operations role, preferably with three or more years in asset management or financial services.

Demonstrated ability to independently lead discovery conversations with senior business stakeholders and produce structured, detailed requirements documentation.

Functional knowledge of Salesforce, including platform capabilities, data structure, and how to describe solutions in terms technology teams can act on.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex business problems into clear language for both business and technical audiences.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable operating in ambiguity, building structure where none exists, and asking the right questions before jumping to solutions.

Demonstrated independence in critical thinking and problem solving with measurable outputs.

Strong Differentiators

Familiarity with conversational and agentic AI tools, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Service Cloud.

Experience writing user stories or functional specifications for agile, sprint-based development teams.

Background in change management or technology adoption.

Prior experience in a sales enablement or CRM product ownership capacity within asset management or financial services.

Who This Person Is

Naturally curious, highly organized, and genuinely motivated by solving business problems rather than just completing tasks. They ask why before they ask how, build trust quickly with senior stakeholders, and produce work that reflects both rigor and clarity. They do not need to be managed closely; they need context, direction, and access. They are comfortable in ambiguity, decisive in their recommendations, and collaborative in how they bring others along.

https://jobs.corpsteam.com/jb/Senior-Advisor-Jobs-in-New-York-City-New-York/14055016

Our client, a leading wealth management, planning and advisory firm for ultra-affluent families, is seeking a Senior Advisor for a direct hire role in New York City.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our New York team, and we want to be clear about what that means. This is not a business development role with some client service attached. It is not a relationship management role with some investment overlay. It is a deeply integrated trusted advisor role, designed for someone who has outgrown environments where conflicts of interest, institutional incentives, or product shelf constraints have limited what they can do for the people they serve.

If you are technically sharp, intellectually curious, and genuinely motivated by the belief that exceptional families deserve exceptional advice this role was designed for you. You will join a stable, long-tenured team that takes collaboration seriously and measures success by the clarity, confidence, and progress of the families we serve. The right candidate will find here something rare in this industry, which is a firm whose interests are structurally aligned with its clients', a team that holds itself to genuine standards, and a professional home designed for the long term.

Character and Culture

A deeply collaborative nature, and a genuine belief that the best outcomes are always collective ones

Intellectual curiosity with a need to understand not just what a client wants, but why, and what they haven't yet thought to ask

Purposeful and authentic in client relationships; comfortable with candour, not prone to telling people what they want to hear

Tenacious in follow-through, humble in approach, and someone who takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously

A natural inclination toward stewardship over salesmanship

Experience and Expertise

15+ years of relevant investment experience, ideally with a significant focus on ultra-high net worth and affluent family clients

A broad and working knowledge across asset classes, including private and alternative investments

Strong command of integrated financial planning, and sold understanding how investment, tax, estate, and family governance decisions intersect

Demonstrated ability to translate complex investment topics into clear, engaging, and actionable guidance for sophisticated (and non-specialist) family members alike

Existing credibility and comfort as a public-facing professional, be it on panels, webinars, writing, or thought leadership

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications as an Investment Advising Representative (IAR)

CFA designation and/or relevant licensing required

Priority given to candidates with direct experience advising family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals, and multi-generational families

Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationships

Own each client family's complete experience with the firm, not just their portfolio, but their confidence, clarity, and peace of mind

Identify and advance client priorities beyond investments: multi-generational planning, family governance, philanthropy, family office structure, and operating business considerations

Lead client meetings and ensure all deliverables are not only accurate and timely, but genuinely illuminating

Translate complex investment and financial topics into insights that empower families to make better decisions, not just accept recommendations

Serve as a trusted thought partner on matters both inside and outside the firm's formal purview, as needs arise

Business Development

Participate in business development efforts to bring the firm’s value proposition to prospective UHNW families

Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and webinars, thereby contributing to the brand as a credible, independent voice in the wealth advisory space

Produce and contribute to thought leadership content that addresses the evolving needs of affluent families and reflects the firm’s distinctive point of view

Strategic Investment Planning

Develop integrated investment plans anchored in each client family's unique goals, values, and circumstances

Lead the development and ongoing updating of clients' Investment Policy Statements

Review new client families' existing investments for alignment with their objectives and our investment principles

Partner closely with clients' external tax advisors to ensure a fully integrated financial strategy

Stay attuned to the changes in clients' lives that may warrant adjustments to their plans — sometimes before clients recognize those changes themselves

Investment Allocations

Provide non-discretionary clients with recommendations that are clear, actionable, and appropriately contextualized

Manage discretionary client capital in accordance with clients' IPSs and the firm’s investment principles

Coordinate with tax advisors on asset placement strategy

Attend Investment Committee meetings and remain actively engaged in the firm's investment activities

Ensure seamless investment execution in partnership with practice group members, client service, and operations

Reporting and Monitoring

Provide ongoing information, analysis, and education to client families on their investments

Oversee the timely delivery and accuracy of investment reporting

Manage the design and delivery of custom portfolio analyses

Liaise with the investment and operations teams to address client questions with

care and precision
Base Salary $250,000-$350,000 Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
