The role may begin at approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for reduced weekly hours thereafter.&nbsp;The role is on-site in the intown Atlanta-Druid Hills area.<br>

The role involves a time sensitive immediate project of organizing and distributing K1 documents (provided by CPA firm) to approximately 220 limited partners. In addition, record data may require research, maintenance, and/or updating, and additional written communication may need to be distributed. Additional accountabilities may include:

<strong>Qualifications</strong>

            <description><![CDATA[Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Part-Time Space Planner for a 6+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN.&nbsp; This role will require travel to local stores and will be about 15-20 hours per week.<br>
<br>
<strong>Day to Day:</strong><br>
This position is responsible for developing all clustered merchandise planograms, based on a variety of parameters such as product assortments, store clustering, store layout, productivity, etc. that aligns with space requirements as well as company strategies. In addition, this position manages all promotional and display space planograms in conjunction with the merchandising and marketing teams. This position is also responsible for managing the merchandising assortment to store relationship, owning master data for product replenishment codes, legally restricted or licensed product, label type, product dimensions, planogram merchandise sets, planogram execution communication and more. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining all analytics and reporting based on the planograms and POS data to support both the inventory management team in ordering and forecasting and the merchant team in the line review process.
<ul>
&#9;<li>Use Space Management System (currently JDA/Intactix/Blue Yonder) to create and manage all planograms (inline, promotional, and display) that are efficient for the stores to execute and that meet Petsense standards.
&#9;<li>Manage company-wide master data within the planogram that dictates SKU and site level replenishment coding, shelf label or shelf strip printing for each store, shelf label data, fixture requirements per planogram, and all product details (dimensions, images, etc.).
&#9;<li>Support the line review process (full, partial, and patch) to keep all required participants updated and on schedule for execution of both the planogram and SDI information.
&#9;<li>Support the merchant team with inline and promotional planograms that are easy to shop, visually appealing, risk-averse, and easy for stores to set and maintain.
&#9;<li>Analyze store, department, and planogram performance to ensure optimal store assortments and appropriate space and SKU counts, based on store clusters, demographic attributes, capacity requirements, store sales per square foot, and other appropriate metrics as needed.
&#9;<li>Provide all analytics required to support Inventory Management Team including minimums, maximums, depth, holding capacity, etc. as well as incorporate information from outside sources (store maps, etc.) to support optimum inventory in stores.
&#9;<li>Manage all visual / space aspects of merchandising programs. Ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent with defined standards in multiple systems (SAP/IKB) when creating and maintaining planograms, store to planogram assignments, and SKU to planogram assignments.
&#9;<li>Validate that Merchant Team assortment plan accurately reflects the created planograms in areas such as SKU assignment, initial set quantities and that the SKU appropriately matches assortments to stores based on space and legal restrictions.
&#9;<li>Ensure that the handoff for ordering matches the site/SKU combinations of the planograms.
&#9;<li>Manage and organize all supporting documentation for planogram development and planogram cluster assignments. This includes authorized copies of planograms, communication documents and other resources that contain directional information pertaining to the development, communication, and execution of the planogram to stores.
&#9;<li>Collaborate as needed with Merchant Team, Marketing Team, Store Operations Team, and vendor partners to determine and coordinate displayed item assortments and presentations.
&#9;<li>Manage New Store Opening process to ensure new stores have the correct planograms and shelf labels/strips based on store attributes and geographic location.
&#9;<li>Partner with Retail Store Planner in the development and maintenance of store layouts. Ensure the accuracy of planogram fixture requirements and that the naming on the planogram and floor plan match.
&#9;<li>Partner with visual and space organizations to ensure company is included in all relevant discussions for future technology or process development.
&#9;<li>Assist stores with questions related to space and presentation through ticket portal.
</ul>
<strong>Must Haves:</strong>

&#9;<li>3+ years of experience in Space Planning/Systems experience (planograms)
&#9;<li>JDA/Blue Yonder system experience

            <description><![CDATA[Our client is a small but growing medical non-profit practice seeking an Accounting Manager for their organization. The practice provides comprehensive clinical and diagnostic expertise for individuals with cognitive and movement concerns.<br>

Reporting to the CEO, this is the leader of the accounting/finance function and will have one direct report. This salaried position works a 32-hour per week schedule and is benefit eligible. After onboarding, one day per week can be remote and the rest onsite at their Eastover office in Charlotte, NC.<br>

A collaborative team player, this role supports financial and risk management responsibilities, including managing the full-cycle accounting and the medical coding function. This is a key management position with tremendous growth opportunity.<br>

<strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong><br>
<strong>Weekly</strong>

&#9;<li>Review and approve vendor invoices for payables processing
&#9;<li>Address day to day financial issues and decisions including cash management
&#9;<li>Manage medical coding function and monitor claims and revenue cycle management issues

&#9;<li>Maintain accurate Fiscal Year Cash Flow projection worksheet, making updates for salary and other changes throughout the year, providing insights on variances and trends

&#9;<li>Review QB activity and make corrections and support questions as needed 
&#9;<li>Support donor and grant questions from development director
&#9;<li>Assist with A/R review 
&#9;<li>Review and approve employee bi-weekly payroll submission, as needed
&#9;<li>Record bi-weekly payroll in QB from payroll firm/TriNet report 
&#9;<li>Assist with recording stock donations in QB 
&#9;<li>Assist in preparation of drug cost forecast 
&#9;<li>Track grant spending and donor restricted net assets 
&#9;<li>Review monthly revenue cycle management performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities 
&#9;<li>Report and track in-kind donations as occurred 
&#9;<li>Manage month-end close process, prepare monthly ACH activity worksheet, reconcile bank accounts, and post-close tasks checklist 
&#9;<li>File online NC sales tax return (E-500) and make payment(s) for book sales 
&#9;<li>Reconcile HOA Bank Accounts and assist with cash flow projections and other tasks as requested 
&#9;<li>Partner with Medical Coding consultant to review emerging trends, claim denial activity and Provider educational opportunities 
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years of accounting experience.
&#9;<li>A minimum of 2-3 years in nonprofit accounting (Fund Accounting, Grant reporting, Form 990) and demonstrated experience managing the full-cycle accounting of a small â medium organization.
&#9;<li>4-year degree in Accounting or related field required. CPA highly preferred.
&#9;<li>Strong technical expertise: 
&#9;<ul>
&#9;&#9;<li>QuickBooks, MS Office - Advanced Excel - including modeling,&nbsp;&nbsp;PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams. Bill.com is a plus.

<strong>Hours: </strong><br>
Administrator will work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm five days a week, with Monday through Thursday being in person in the office. For the last few years, Administrators have rotated Fridays with some being in-person and some working remotely from home. Some level of support may be required off-time and occasionally on weekends in certain cases depending on the administrative needs of the firm and the individual professionals being supported.<br>

<strong>Salary</strong>:<br>

You will design, implement, test, and troubleshoot systems and processes that capture, store, and monitor all forms of business communication, including email, chat, SMS and social media. Additionally, you will leverage advanced tools to enable search, review, analysis, and export of communication data for compliance, legal, and audit purposes.<br>
This role requires close collaboration with compliance, legal, and audit teams to support the preservation, collection, and production of electronic communication data in response to regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation.<br>

Qualifications

&#9;<li>Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
&#9;<li>Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II) and best practices for electronic communication capture.
&#9;<li>Expertise in archiving platforms (Veritas Enterprise Vault, Microsoft 365 Purview, Proofpoint) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Elastic).
&#9;<li>Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and integration with 3rd-party connectors for email, chat, SMS.
&#9;<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
&#9;<li>Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
