Hybrid work arrangement (onsite/remote) with frequent local (Greater Atlanta Area) travel including event-related errands and regular travel to the Georgia State Capitol during legislative session.<br>

A bipartisan political action committee that supports pro-Israel and pro-Jewish elected officials across Georgia. They work at the intersection of advocacy, community engagement, and political action â building lasting relationships between Georgiaâs Jewish community and its elected leaders. The organization is in an active growth phase, expanding its programs, donor base, and legislative agenda.<br>

<strong>Position Summary </strong><br>
The Operations & Events Manager is the operational backbone â the person who makes sure events happen flawlessly, data is accurate, systems work, and communications go out on time. <br>
Reports directly to the Executive Director and works in close coordination with PAC leadership and the Board of Directors.<br>

<strong>Day to Day</strong><br>
This position is responsible for assisting the client Director, Risk Management in all aspects of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulatory compliance for company-owned fleet, drivers, and third-party carriers. The position will also effectively monitor changes within the safety and environmental standards to ensure changes are communicated and reflected in all training and procedural documents. This position supports the Personalization and Deployment team with responsibilities that include executing personalized and automated Emails, SMS, Push Notifications and Direct mail for customers. This position will partner with multiple departments including Engagement, Data Engineering, IT Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Market Research and Creative to execute Marketing plans. This position will include campaign management tasks within the Customer Marketing group to drive the yearly roadmap and will assist with the ESP Modernization project that is underway.<br>

<strong>What Youâll Do:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Translate Marketing segmentation strategies & goals from the requirements document into campaign workflows by utilizing critical thinking in the Marketing Automation system.
&#9;<li>Execute, monitor and manage Email, SMS/Push, or Direct Mail campaigns in the Marketing Automation system.
&#9;<li>Manage timelines and task lists in the project management system to ensure all project deadlines are met.
&#9;<li>Partner with IT Marketing, Data Engineering and Engagement to ensure that all business requirements, data and creative needs are defined and available for segmentation and targeting.
&#9;<li>Assist with Campaign Migration between different platforms including requirements scoping, workflow building, QC, parallel testing and launch.
&#9;<li>Responsible for creating weekly reports that are communicated to leadership and other teams.
&#9;<li>Track process changes, update and maintain training documents for the Personalization team.
&#9;<li>Lead meetings with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors with topics related to campaign development, campaign execution or personalization initiatives.
&#9;<li>Design, build new campaigns (automated and batch) as well as migrate existing campaigns (automated and batch) to the new system.
&#9;<li>Perform end-to-end QC of campaign workflows and data in addition to any dynamic content.
&#9;<li>Translate complex ACC workflows into scalable Zeta campaigns/journeys (not 1:1 replications).
&#9;<li>Support phased migration, parallel runs, QC checks of data/content/counts and cutover execution.
&#9;<li>Ensure send eligibility, suppression, and governance rules are preserved.
&#9;<li>Replace manual or ad-hoc sends with scalable automation where appropriate.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics Teams to identify test & learn opportunities, build appropriate segmentation, and ensure samples are being held out for A/B Tests.

<strong>Experience:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS.
&#9;<li>3+ years of enterprise ESP/Campaign Development experience supporting high-volume retail or other loyalty programs.
&#9;<li>Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or IT. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
&#9;<li>Experience with Marketing Automation and Campaign Management systems such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta Marketing, Braze, Hubspot, Klaviyo.

&#9;<li>Experience with Project Management systems such as Asana, Workfront, Wrike, JIRA.

This individual will establish and manage standards, processes, and approvals for production-ready color matching, supporting premium product execution and brand consistency.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

&#9;<li>Lead physical sample reviews and visual alignment sessions across paint, plastics, graphics, and soft materials.

&#9;<li>Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve color matching issues quickly and accurately.

<strong>Job Description Summary</strong><br>
Supports a wide range of activities supporting firm and business unit needs, including administrative support.<br>
Provides administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas. Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and tracks and submits expenses.<br>

<strong>Your Role</strong><br>
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide various technical and administrative support functions to the Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the broader Technology department. The candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn, possess the skills and desire to ensure accuracy, and be a self-paced problem solver who is always looking for innovative ways to conduct business and serve our clients.<br>
<br>
<strong>You Will Be Responsible For:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Heavy calendar management and consistent collaboration with other Assistants across the firm
&#9;<li>Lead meeting coordination and logistics planning in partnership with other colleagues on time sensitive meetings and tasks
&#9;<li>Maintain structure and schedule of prep/debrief meetings for key senior leadership meetings and committees.
&#9;<li>Comprehensive travel management. Maintain travel log, schedule and analysis.
&#9;<li>Manage expense report and invoice review and approval
&#9;<li>Coordinate internal and external client meetings including meals and in-office logistics coordination
</ul>
<strong>The Experience You Bring:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years administrative/professional office experience
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs Degree preferred
&#9;<li>Sophisticated digital literacy in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) must be proficient in document management & creation with demonstrated ability to combine documents from all MS Office products & Adobe Acrobat
&#9;<li>Ability to multi-task with accuracy, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines
&#9;<li>High level of communication skill (oral and written) and organizational skills
&#9;<li>Ability to learn new software packages as needed with the expectation to be proficient in a short amount of time
</ul>
Pay Rate- $36.00- $38.00/hour&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>

            <title><![CDATA[Trade Operations Specialist]]></title>

            <description><![CDATA[Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Trade Operations Specialist for a 6+ month contract in Atlanta, GA. This role is onsite 4 days a week.<br>

<strong>SUMMARY:</strong><br>
Under general supervision, the Trade Operations Specialist must possess a solid understanding of equity and debt instruments. This individual will develop a level of knowledge within the team enabling them to form partnerships with all key business areas and functions, in particular the trading teams. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that trade executions are confirmed and settled in order to meet custodian and market deadlines and accurately reflected into downstream systems. Within the role the incumbent will be expected to actively liaise with broker counterparties and investment teams. Involve themselves in the continual development of processes and implementation of new funds and products covered by the desk.<br>
<br>
<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Support the post execution trade confirmation and settlement processes associated with equity and debt instrument types.
&#9;<li>Investigate, analysis and resolution of any post confirmation and settlement trade issues.
&#9;<li>Liaise with internal and external Business partners on a daily basis.
&#9;<li>Monitor trade flows identifying any breaks in the execution/confirmation process, with timely investigation, analysis and resolution recommendations.
&#9;<li>Manually process trade executions that fall outside of the automated processes trade instructions.
&#9;<li>Respond to email / telephone enquiries; taking full ownership to ensure that all enquiries are actioned on day of receipt (resolution or acknowledgement).
&#9;<li>Daily investigation and resolution of reconciliation exceptions raised by Hyderabad reconciliations team.
&#9;<li>Actively seek Continuous Improvements opportunities which are measureable and effective.
&#9;<li>Maintains and updates procedures base upon agreement with Senior or Supervisor.
&#9;<li>Assist in any system testing as required.
&#9;<li>Assist other Operations and GPS teams.
&#9;<li>Serve as a mentor to tier I Analysts and support and cover to Senior Analyst
&#9;<li>First line checking and sign off of start and end of day task.
&#9;<li>Collation of team MIS, on a daily weekly, and monthly basis.
</ul>

<strong>WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>A minimum of 3 years experience within the securities / investment industry within the trade support area is desirable
&#9;<li>A general understanding of the financial markets.
&#9;<li>Sound knowledge of equity and debt instruments.
&#9;<li>Ability to analyse data making sound judgments and proposed resolution steps in respect of any issues arising.
&#9;<li>Self-motivation to further enhance skills and financial and product knowledge.
</ul>

<strong>FORMAL EDUCATION:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>A Bachelorâs Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or related field is desirable.
