Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Bank Loan Analyst for an 6+ month contract in Downers Grove, IL or Houston, TX. This role is hybrid with 4 days per week onsite.<br>
<br>
JOB SUMMARY:<br>
As a premier global investment organization the Bank Loan Team offers a full product line of investment options to both institutional and retail investors. This opportunity with the Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Team will provide support to the portfolio management and investment team covering various reporting areas, trade support and settlement efforts.<br>
<br>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
<ul>
&#9;<li>Responsible for the production of various scheduled reporting deliverables for internal clients, including, but not limited, to the investment team, reporting team members, legal & compliance.
&#9;<li>Ability to work as part of a team to ensure the group provides top-tier service to both internal and external clients and service providers.
&#9;<li>Work in support of the trader to ensure that all trading activity is being efficiently and accurately entered in a timely manner in support of ISSMs products.
&#9;<li>Collectively work with the trade closing team to assist in the coordination and facilitation of settlement efforts. Liaison with traders, trade counter parties and agent banks.
&#9;<li>Support the team to ensure and maintain the data quality and integrity of the critical information that supports the business. Complete data mining, from a variety of internal & external sources, and analysis for Bank Loan clients.

WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:

<ul>
&#9;<li>2+ years work experience preferred
&#9;<li>Familiarity and experience with bonds and bond settlements is desired
&#9;<li>A solid understanding of the security/loan market (LMA) and fund operations is desired
&#9;<li>Experience in a reporting / product oversight role is plus
&#9;<li>Experience in the investment management space is a plus
</ul>

&#9;<li>Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

&#9;<li>Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Word
&#9;<li>Working knowledge of S&P Wall Street Office and/or Allvue-Everest is a plus
&#9;<li>Team Oriented Team player
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently and follow through on projects
&#9;<li>Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and complete tasks upon assignment
&#9;<li>Open-minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other peopleâs opinions
&#9;<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills

FORMAL EDUCATION: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

&#9;<li>Bachelorâs Degree required, business (Finance/Accounting) degree preferred
</ul>

WORKING CONDITIONS:

<ul>
&#9;<li>Normally a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
&#9;<li>Hours may include evenings and/or weekends if necessary.

Pay Rate $43.00 - $45.00 per hour.<br>

<strong>Job Description</strong><br>
The Events Coordinator will be a key member of the US events team, responsible for managing and coordinating all tradeshow assets. They will work alongside the event managers in developing the on-site branding for our large-scale events. In addition, this role will also collaborate with the AVP, Events Manager to execute conferences and sponsorships.<br>
<br>
The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to understand and implement event requirements for the US region. Strong project management skills are vital to overseeing event logistics, including but not limited to budgeting, venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, audiovisual arrangements, and onsite support. With a meticulous, deadline-driven approach, the Events Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional event experiences.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities & Duties</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Oversee and coordinate all tradeshow assets in partnership with event managers and external vendors.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with the Events Managers to support events, conferences and sponsorships across the US region. 
&#9;<li>Align event strategies with the US marketing go-to-market plan to support multiple distribution channels, including Wealth, Institutional, Retirement, and Insurance.
&#9;<li>Maintain a proactive and responsive attitude to address business partner needs at all levels. 
&#9;<li>Track success metrics/KPIs, ensuring data is captured within Cvent and shared with relevant stakeholders. 
&#9;<li>Ensure a positive and seamless experience for attendees, business partners, and team members. 
&#9;<li>Handle all aspects of event planning and execution, including intake, scheduling, timelines, and onsite management. 
&#9;<li>Adaptable to dynamic workloads and shifting priorities to meet project deadlines effectively. 
&#9;<li>Maintain high-quality standards and a client-focused mindset in a fast-paced work environment. 
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Skills </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>1-3 years of demonstrated track record in event management
&#9;<li>Knowledge of CVENT platform
&#9;<li>Demonstrated track record in booth design and management
&#9;<li>Experience with lead collection
&#9;<li>Experience with exhibitor services
&#9;<li>Creation of invitations and event communications
&#9;<li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
&#9;<li>Budget creation and management preferred&nbsp;
