            <description><![CDATA[Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking a Client Service Associate for a 12+ month contract assignment in&nbsp; Chicago, IL.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>
<br>
The Client Service Associate partners with associates across Global Client Group to service clients (Institutional and High Net Worth) or Distributors investing in or distributing the company's products.&nbsp; Under supervision, the role communicates with clients and focuses on supporting the onboarding of new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Assist in the coordination of client transitions activity (i.e. onboarding, off boarding) in close partnership with relevant Nuveen business partners
&#9;<li>Support the coordination of account maintenance activities (e.g., amendments to account name, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements, etc.)
&#9;<li>Assist team members to ensure ongoing client contractual obligations are being met
&#9;<li>Support the fulfillment of ad-hoc client inquiries and requests
&#9;<li>Facilitate and oversee client cash flow requests to ensure proper handling
&#9;<li>Help manage client communications to ensure timely and proactive updates are provided
&#9;<li>Proactively anticipate client needs and assist in the development of strategies for meeting and exceeding those needs
&#9;<li>Update and maintain client and authorized third party contact information via CRM application
&#9;<li>Support client meeting preparation by facilitating creation of materials
&#9;<li>Help identify, escalate and resolve problems for any issues affecting the client experience
&#9;<li>Participate in relevant projects across the department, particularly those which look to mitigate risk, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service
&#9;<li>Assist to ensures preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports and presentations to be delivered to clients
&#9;<li>Supports the completion of due diligence and client questionnaires
</ul>

<strong>Job Description</strong><br>
The Events Coordinator will be a key member of the US events team, responsible for managing and coordinating all tradeshow assets. They will work alongside the event managers in developing the on-site branding for our large-scale events. In addition, this role will also collaborate with the AVP, Events Manager to execute conferences and sponsorships.<br>
<br>
The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to understand and implement event requirements for the US region. Strong project management skills are vital to overseeing event logistics, including but not limited to budgeting, venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, audiovisual arrangements, and onsite support. With a meticulous, deadline-driven approach, the Events Coordinator will thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional event experiences.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities & Duties</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Oversee and coordinate all tradeshow assets in partnership with event managers and external vendors.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with the Events Managers to support events, conferences and sponsorships across the US region. 
&#9;<li>Align event strategies with the US marketing go-to-market plan to support multiple distribution channels, including Wealth, Institutional, Retirement, and Insurance.
&#9;<li>Maintain a proactive and responsive attitude to address business partner needs at all levels. 
&#9;<li>Track success metrics/KPIs, ensuring data is captured within Cvent and shared with relevant stakeholders. 
&#9;<li>Ensure a positive and seamless experience for attendees, business partners, and team members. 
&#9;<li>Handle all aspects of event planning and execution, including intake, scheduling, timelines, and onsite management. 
&#9;<li>Adaptable to dynamic workloads and shifting priorities to meet project deadlines effectively. 
&#9;<li>Maintain high-quality standards and a client-focused mindset in a fast-paced work environment. 
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Skills </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>1-3 years of demonstrated track record in event management
&#9;<li>Knowledge of CVENT platform
&#9;<li>Demonstrated track record in booth design and management
&#9;<li>Experience with lead collection
&#9;<li>Experience with exhibitor services
&#9;<li>Creation of invitations and event communications
&#9;<li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
&#9;<li>Budget creation and management preferred&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Ability to dynamically manage multiple projects at once, including frequent unexpected requests, with efficiency, urgency, and patience
&#9;<li>Ability to collaborate with partners to foster a positive and supportive environment
&#9;<li>Expectation of travel and extended hours while on site (20-30% domestic travel depending on season, typically fall and spring)

This role is responsible for managing updates of existing marketing collateral, campaigns, digital/web and social media content, with a primary focus on ETFs. The Generalist team partners with the Public Product Positioning team to create new content and messaging for product launches, campaigns and strategic initiatives. The team also partners with the Marketing Services team to oversee content and updates throughout the full suite of materials.<br>
<br>
Product marketing is responsible for supporting all actively marketed products throughout their entire lifecycle â from conception, to launch, to growth and promotion, as well as closures and mergers. The team creates standard materials for the full suite of products and campaign content for highly promoted products. The team supports U.S. and non-U.S. distribution channels and partners closely with marketing colleagues globally in order to provide an integrated marketing approach. The position requires very close collaboration with members of marketing, product, client portfolio management and investments in order to raise awareness of our products and meaningfully grow and retain assets.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

&#9;<li>Manage and implement updates of marketing collateral and web content including presentations, strategy profiles, product commentaries, web pages, paid search, paid social, display ads and other sales-support materials and content

<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>
